1. Preparation

We start with a strategy call, where we’ll discuss the details of your project, answer any questions you may have, and you can share any inspiration or references. Once you’re ready, we’ll schedule your sprint date.

2. The Sprint (48 Hours of Active Design Time)

Over two focused days of design time, I’ll create your brand identity — logo, color palette, typography, and visual direction.
You’ll get one round of refinement and progress updates throughout.

3. Delivery & Launch

At the end of your sprint, you’ll receive the invoice for the remaining balance and your final design(s).

Each sprint includes 48 hours of active design time — the clock runs only when I’m actively designing for you.
If feedback or materials are delayed, your sprint simply pauses.

• Unresponsive for 5+ business days: Project on hold (+$100 reactivation fee)

• Unresponsive for 30+ days: Project considered abandoned

After your sprint, you can purchase a Subscription —
an ongoing creative partnership for $100/month.

1. Initial Concepts
 You’ll receive 2 original logo concepts based on your brand goals and style preferences.

2. Revision Rounds
 Each package includes two rounds of revisions. A “round” means you share your feedback, and I refine the selected concept(s) accordingly. Revisions typically include tweaks to color, font, or layout — adjustments that fine-tune the design.

3. Staying On Track
 If you’d like changes beyond the included revision rounds, no problem — additional revisions can be added at $150 per round. This ensures the process stays clear and focused while giving you flexibility if you’d like more time to explore.

4. New Directions vs. Refinements
 Revisions are for refining an existing concept. If you decide you’d like to explore an entirely new design direction after concepts are presented, that counts as a new design round and will be quoted separately.

5. Final Delivery
 Once your logo is finalized, you’ll receive the complete package of high-resolution and vector files (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, EPS) — ready for print, web, and social media use.

• A $200 deposit is required to reserve your start date.

• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final file delivery or website launch.

• Payments are made directly through danielbrooksmoore.com (via Stripe) and are separate from any Squarespace fees.

• All Squarespace-related payments (hosting, domains, email, etc.) are made directly to Squarespace through your account.

Non-Responsive Clients:
